Well I went out and bought some the other night......bad experience with it. Not saying that everyone else but I did so think that you will. It was really harsh to my stomach and the taste was horrible. I really want to do it but I cant and it sucks so Im just going to take some normal vitamins and see how that turns out. If theres a different method or taking apple cider vinegar than let me know cuz I would like to continue with it.

Capsules arent as effective. I certainly hope you mixed it with water, otherwise it would have been extremely harsh on your stomach. If you go to home remedies (from the toolbar on the left side of the link i posted) it says home remedies. Then go to what you are trying to cure (high blood pressure for example) and read what to do. Most of the remedies call for either a teaspoon to a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to an 8ounce glass of water.
If the taste is really bad, you can add some honey to it. and then as you get used to it, you slowly cut back on the honey.

If you have acne, the home remedies said (dont quote me on it) that you can put some apple cider vinegar (ACV) on a cotton ball and use it as a toner.

I put 2 teaspoons ACV to 8oz glass of water, and i liked it.
I also tried applying ACV full strength as a toner. Smelled horrible, and made my skin really tingly (doesnt help that i had open sores from scratching the crap out of my face).
