I tried Fructis once and it made my hair feel and look really nasty. I like Paul Mitchell Tea Tree. It smells wonderful. And works really good.

The rated best shampoo for color treated hair in Pureogly, sorry I think I spelled that wrong. I just finished a workshop on coloring hair and care for it and this it considered the best for any color treatment.

Unless your head is secreting gallons of grease a day, don't wash it that often! It dries out your hair by stripping it of its natural oils which may lead to hair loss. Every 2-3 days would be good, and if you have very dry hair once a week is fine too. Also, try to find hair products that add volume, that should make it appear thicker. Good luck.
