1. Don't wash you hair so frequently. Two to three times per week is more than enough.
2. Also, don't brush your air when it's still wet, because you're damaging it.
3. Don't use a hair dryer. It also damages your hair; just let it dry naturally.

Also you can you a thickening shampoo and conditioner and you can also you Supplements as Bioten and Silica and Omega 3,6,9
These all help with hair and nails and the Omega also helps with your skin as well.

i used to use Garnier Fructis, but i noticed it made my hair fall out A LOT. i'd try switching shampoos in addition to the advice posted above.

another thought is that it may have something to do wit your diet. you may be lacking certain nutrients.

great advice 4rm every1, u myt also want 2 try applying either castor oil or mustard oil on your hair and scalp, these 2 types of oils r gud 4 thickening the hair, my aunt had very thin hair, she applied musartd oil and her hair looks great thick and shiny now, so it does work only thing is u have to apply it regularly and mustard oil doesnt smell that nice, if the smell gets 2 u try castor oil then, hope that helps

Also remember that many of these changes will benefit your hair and make it thicker... but only the new growth. However, if your shampoo is making your hair fall out or you are treating it harshly, then changing will instantly stop your hair getting thinner.
