I use tea tree oil on my spots. It seems to work quite well.
Depending on how sensitive your skin is you may need to dilute it quite a bit. There should be advice on that in the package though.

By the way, this yeast thing worked on my spots.

Has anyone ever tried toothpaste to zap zits overnight? If so, what was the outcome?

Yes white toothpaste is good for drying pimples dot it on leave it on over night.

i found that tea tree oil used on the problem spots nightly greatly reduces the size and they go away
i looved it-immediate results!!
