Default Natural acne treatments
This website is really good. It's got loads of advice and a page on all-natural acne treatments that you can make from stuff in your fridge.

I've found it really useful (I've never known much about spots and how to treat them...) and has helped me with my spots. I'm undergoing my first major breakout in years atm, so I need all the help I can get.

My cousin used lemon juice as a soap when he had acne and it gave him good results

Tea tree oil is good for spot treating breakouts also.

ive been using aloe vera gel fresh form the plant, its been quite helpful, in keepin my acne under control
