Awesome Natural Ingredient List

Hi all, I've been using home made mixers for a few years now and I found this great site that actually tells you what you can put in say, your hair conditioner and why. I've seen tips and stuff, but small amount here and there. This list lists a whole bunch of info for hair and skin. I wanted to find what I can use to fight wrinkles in my masks and suggestions were right there. Thought I'd pass it on!

Here's a cleanser I came up with after reading that info:
Pomegranate seed oil
Strawberry Seed Oil
Olive oil and ground oatmeal to exfoliate.

Works great!
