Every one who has skin problems should drink this stuff.
Artichoke is a liver elixir and it will clean out your system beautifully. I can't promise that it will give you the complexion of a new born babies bottom but it will improve its general appearance. I know it doesn't taste too brilliant to start with but you will get used to it and you will start to appreciate its sweet nuttiness. you can also use it as a skin wash if you really can't stand the taste but please try it for a week and see what it does. you can make it from fresh globe artichoke leaves or you can buy the tea in bags. as everything fresh is best. You may get stomach ache for a bit as your liver detoxes and your skin may appear to get worse the first few days but persevere as those will go away

ooh sounds interesting, thanks
think you can get artichoke in capsules too, although liquid is generally more effective than capsules, but I guess if you really hate the taste then that would make sense? |

also I had a "Food Dr." bar for lunch the other day, and noticed that had artichoke in it (couldn't really taste it though, as there were lots of tasty things in it too) |
