Default In need of dire help

HI everyone.
I am new here and hoping your wisdom in beauty can help me out. I gave brith to a healthy handsome baby boy six months ago. My hair is already thin with the scalp already showing; now my hair if falling out. I look like an over-tired mom who doesn't care about her looks, but I do. I am so far behind in fashion and I am only 24! My hubby says I'm pretty as is, but as a woman we tend to be more critical. So, I am seeking for your help and guidance.

thank you so much,
seraphina

Hi, You sound like you have your hands full seraphina, when I first had my son it took almost a year for my hair to go back to normal, having a baby throws a real wow into your hormone balance, the lack of sleep and I am sure stress adds to this.
Do yourself a favor, make a day for a spa treatment, if you can not afford that get together with a girlfriend, go shopping, give yourself a facial, Condition your hair and while your at it buy a volumizing shampoo and conditoner, it really makes a difference.

Try a 3 min medation during baby down for nap time, get lots of fresh air, eat healthy and drink lots of water. Also a good Vitamin B complex vitamin will help you gather some extra energy.
Ps when you have you spa or girls day, no baby its your R&R time, you need to put time away for Mom.
should you have any other questions just give a shout, and things will get better as the baby gets a little older. Just take care of yourself.

Thank you so much.
That made me feel better. Even though I know that I am not the only one suffering from this, but to hear it is great support. Thanks! I am glad I found this site.
