Steve Irwin will be deeply missed, especially in the reptile world. He has helped people understand that they are not nasty, evil creatures that will attack anything.
Numerous people at my reptile forums are in mourning right now for the loss of a great man. It is so unfortunate that he had to die at such a young age, and because of a sting ray. At least he didnt suffer, because he died instantly, and i am thankful he went instantly.

R.I.P. Steve Irwin, you will deeply missed. Please look out for all the reptiles, especially Greta.
