Hi everyone!! I'm new here too but looking forward to making some new friends. I just have a quick question.......I've recently read that adding one teaspoon of cinnamon to a cup of coffee or orange juice has been proven to reduce your chances of getting diabetes. I tried this but found that the cinnamon, whilst flavouring the coffee nicely, just formed a huge blob in the bottom of the cup and didn't actually dissolve! Does anyone know if this reduces it's effectiveness and does anyone have any ideas how to use it differently to get the benefits?? Can't wait to hear from you but please forgive me if I don't reply straight away - I have to share the PC with my husband and 5 kids!! Also, very, very new to this kind of forum and chatting in this way so please bear with me! Many thanks to all,
Teena. |
