Help with large lips - Make them appear smaller

Do the following:

1. Cover lips with foundation using a cosmetic sponge. Set with loose powder
2. To make lips appear smaller, use softsticks for lips and line lips just inside natural lip line.
3. Apply lip color in a medium to dark matte shade.
