Your like me, it doesn't matter to my eyes if its wet liner or a dry they both smudge and smear on me.
solution Take your concealer and put all over your eyelids prior to eye-makeup
and you will find it solves the problem, and if you really want to make sure it all stays in place, before mascara take a powder brush with translucent face powder and do a light sweep across your eyes and face to set your makeup.

A trick I use for wet eyeliner is to close my eyes for several minutes for it to dry. I never use liner on the bottom eyelid, it always smears.

try that Revlon Colorstay liner-I've used it for a couple of years now and it does't smudge or smear-even in the summer. I only line the upper lid, and I put foundation and powder before I apply it. This is the one product that I have actually stayed with unlike other products that I buy, hate and return.

Try Physician's forumula eye definer. It's a liquid eyeliner but has a soft felt tip. Us it like a pen on your eyelid. It'd definatly easier than liquid liner

Good tip, cinnybuns (I like your new avatar, by the way) I've heard about those felt tip eyeliners, but I've never seen them in the shops. As far as I know, they are v. good

No matter what eyeliner type you use, depending on conditions, (high humidity) they all sometimes smudge, not all the time.

To help prevent smudging, take a small flat brush and dip it into your translucent or setting powder and pat it on top of your liner to set it.
