Yes, it is true that peppermint plumps lips. Hmm lip balm, you could need something a bit more runny and stonger.

I have heard women reccomend:

Citylips
Duwop
Pout
Lipfusion

Some of them contain pepperment and some contain other lip- plumping ingrdeients.

I think you should try them out and see if they help

Hope i helped!

On my last post above, I hav Now Seen that the only real way to " plump lips" is to get an injection. Before buying any of the products, i just reccomended you should take a look at there ingrideints and research whats in them. Some so called lip-plumpers contain irrating substances that cause your lips to swell up not plump. Hope that helped too

All lip plumpers are temporary, however they do create a difference when you wear them. I've heard that the make "lip venom" is very good, as it is one of those that you can feel working, although not everyone likes this sensation. I read somewhere that a lot of lip plumpers contain cinnamon, which creates the sensation of blood rushing to your lips (this is what makes them plumper in most cases). Does anyone else know home lip-plumping recipes containing cinnamon?

Yes, You take a small amount of sweet almond oil 1or2 drop Max of Cinnamon oil and apply same principal has the above mentioned.
Use one of those gloss pots to mix it in, and you can use a heavy oil if you like.

Do you think mixing the cinnamon powder with vaseline would work at all? It would look a bit weird, but it might be a good base.

take a toothbrush and brush your lips. it makes them swellw ithout costing a thing!

applying a highlighting cream or powder right in the center of your bottom lip creates the illusion of a fuller lip

heat up a hand towel in the microwave for fifteen seconds, then rub your lips with the warm towel. Then, apply lipstick and gloss for an instant plumpness
