2 Ways to Wear Bright Shadow
he beauty scoop: A splash of vivid color is a great way to liven up any midwinter lid look, but applying intense hues can be intimidating. Here are Siegel's two favorite really easy ways to wear a vibrant hue.

Use a thin liner brush to rim only the outer corner of your eye, right at the roots of your lashes. Then blend the shadow along the entire length of your lower lash line.
Two-Tone Lids
Two-Tone Lids
First, sweep a light coat of shadow onto your lid and up into the crease to create a wash of color. Next, wet your liner brush and dip it into the shadow (the water will make the color look richer). Position the brush on the outer corner of your upper lash line and wiggle it along your lashes toward your inner corner. This will give the eye definition.
