I love "The Classic Rose All-Purpose Salve" by C.O. Bigelow available at bath and body works. It's pretty basic lip balm but it is really pure and scentless/tasteless. It makes your lips smooth and soft. Also, try wearing a layer of lip smackers to bed, sounds weird, but I promise your lips will feel smooth and amazing in the morning.

C.O. Bigelow has a lot of stuff that can help you out, as lallij said. Check out their stuff and I'm sure you'll be satisfied.
