I have been using a concealer base with crayon-type shadow that I set with translucent powder for "years" It stays on all day and never creases.

I swear by Urban Decay Primer Potion.
In the summertime, it's the only thing that keep my eyeshadow in place.

glide your finger over your eye shadow every 4 hours to remove the creases.
