Saturate a
pointed-tip Q-Tip with waterproof eye make-up remover and place it on the eye liner and hold it there for a couple of seconds and
very slowly drag the
Q-Tip across the liner
while slowly turning the
Q-Tip until you get across.
Depending on how heavy your eyeliner is, 2 passes with 2
Q-Tips will do the trick.
This way you're only targeting and removing the eyeliner and not any other eye make-up including mascara, thus you'll never look like you have dark circles.
