Makeup + parents.

I've always found that when I wear more makeup than usual (I usually go for a natural look) my parents always ask ''Are you wearing whatever i'm wearing '' and for some reason, my natural response is no! lol!.

It's weird. I feel really uncomfortable wearing makeup around my parents, I don't want them to think I'm growing up to fast and I hate the look my dad gives me when he's thinking something like ''Aww, my baby girl'' or something weird like that.

Am I the only one that ever feels this way, LOL?

Haha, don't worry. I have a friend and her parents won't even let her wear make up.
So if you're allowed to wear make up, concider yourself lucky.

Wow, so Im not the only one.....my mum a little bit shocked when I started to wear blush. But not anymore, though sometimes I can see that ''Aww, my baby girl'' look on her eyes. LOL

my mom tells me if im wearing too much makeup but she never tells me to tk it off its my face not hers

My mum doesn't say much, she said as long as I wear good stuff, she even offered to buy me foundation etc... from Clinique cause she gets her make-up from there, I said no though.

But I do feel awkward around her sometimes, my dad isn't home much though so he can't say much lol

You have to grow up at some point!! most of your parents probably werent allowed to wear make up themselves but why should they inflict this on to you aswell, if you feel ready then ignore the coments.

mine didnt bother. my mom never bothers about anything except my school marks =/
