I never wear foundation - only a tinted sunblock everyday - now I'm going to a weekend of serious wedding parties - I need a makeup that has good coverage, is light and of good quality - What are your favorites? I'm not sure where to start. Grateful in Miami!

revlon and Loreal both have really nice ones great staying power and coverage. They have a nice finished look that is very natural.

I've recently started using Loreal Bare Nautrale, it's a mineral make up that comes with it's own litle built-in brush. So far, I like it, it's very light. I'll have to wait until summertime to see how well it holds up to my oily complexion, but for the cooler weather I'm liking it.

MAC Studio Blend is excellent. In terms of coverage and feel it does a great job of looking natural and not feeling like you're wearing a mask

I personally like loreal foundation. It's light, yet it seems to do the job.

Also, the MA's at the Mac counters are really good about finding the right shade of foundation for your skin tone. The woman who matched me was about the same age as me( 43 :0 ) , so she understood exactly what kind of coverage I needed.

I am light skinned and I use store bought foundation, so for a cheap idea on foundation I use maybaline (cant spell ) matte Mousse. I like it because it blends well and if you blend it well with your moisturiser it looks very natural and goes on just as light as your sunblock. It wont cover much but it will even out your skintone. Also, I find that if you mix it with moisturiser and you get pictures taken its light enought to where you dont look like a ghost and it is matte enough to where your forehead doesnt reflects the flash lol.
Just a cheap idea good luck and I hope you find a good one let me know! |

There are a lot of different makeup brands out there. I think we all have our favorites. Mine is Estee Lauder, but it may not suit your needs. Makeup is fun to do, just go out and do a little research, buy some product and have fun with it. I'm sure you'll find a makeup line that you'll love wearing.
