im half asian so i have pretty small eyes,
does anyone have any tips on how to accentuate or make my eyes appear larger without looking over the top ?

I put a bit of grey eyeliner on the corners of my eye. But i do it really lightly. It makes my eyes appear larger.

could i use the same color eyeliner(grey) if i have brown eyes and it would still work?

^ Yes, i also have brown eyes. It should work for any eye colour.

Neutral colours on the eye are best, try an eyelash curler and a thin line of black eyeliner.
