I read this in a popular fashion magazine: To get great lashes, use several different kinds of mascara in several different formulations (for example, use a seperate curling mascara, a lengthening one, a volumizing one, etc). I tried this and found a really good combo in 2 different mascaras. So if you want to punch up your lashes, try this tip.

A really pretty combination, I think, is white iridescent eyeshadow and dark liner (brown, black, plum, etc. your pick, but I really like black since I have black hair) Rimmel makes a chubby stick shadow that's perfect (it's called All Over Pencil in 001 Move)-use it on top and bottom lids and the inner corners of the eyes, then the liner over it. It's a hip yet glamorous look, sparkly but not trashy. I like to finish it off with minimal, nude blush and gloss, but that's a matter of taste, and desired intensity.

Here is a quick tip.
Wind your hair round velcro rollers while applying your makeup. Then, all you do is remove them, run your fingers through your hair and you are ready to party!

Heat up a eyelash curler with a hairdryer on a low heat setting. Be very careful and only do it for a bit but curl your lashes with them and then put on a volumising mascara; instant long lashes without falsies. Add bronzer to your cheekbones and lipgloss.
