mishti, use a lipliner to prevent your lipstick from bleeding into the fine lines around your mouth. Trace the lip outline, then apply lip color with a brush. Choose a drier textured matte lipstick as they're less prone to bleed than moisturizing variety.
Also, lightly powder over and around your lips before you start.

Hope this helps with your bleeding lipstick

Try a long lasting moisturizing lip colour.

Most make-up brands have long-lasting formulations, however most of them don't moisturize

I recommend SeneGence. A wide variety of colours, continuous 12 hour moisturization and it will NEVER bleed, GUARANTEED.

I believe the company offers a refund if it does bleed.

Nice suggestions....yes indeed, there are many long lasting formulation lipstick nowdays, usually..a good brand provide long lasting formulation with good moisturizing property also.

Try to put on lip serum if u want to use long lasting formulation, this will help to protect u're lip from dryness in case u're long lasting lipstick doesn't give long lasting moisture touch on your lip.

If you don't want to use liner, try applying your concealer over your mouth before your lipstick. Paint your lipstick on with a lipbrush and then blot, then add a gloss. Dab around the edges of your mouth and put a finger in rounded lips to remove excess; it is generally the excess which bleeds which is why this works.
