I love eyeliner both liquid and pencil. But now I use pencil eyeliner, for daily use I apply them thin both upper n lower, n then I smudge it, for special occasion I apply them bold n thick n then blend them with my eye shadow to make smoky eyes effect.

But if I use the liquid one, I only apply it to my upper lid then I swing it at the end of the lines to make oriental look, n then I apply pencil eye liner to my lower lid

For doing your bottom eyes.. get the liner on the first piece of skin you see after the actual eye.. then look up and trace neatley!

i always use liquid for the top lid.... you want to make the line thin near the corner of your eye...and then make the line thicker as you go towards the outer edge of the eye. the edge of the eye should always be the thickest..

Sometime when you have some extra time and nowhere to go, sit down with a mirror and practice, practice, practice. You'll learn quickly what works and what doesn't, and how heavy a heand to use to get the look you want, and how to apply evenly on both eyes.
