Yes, practically any color will go with a black dress, especially a sexy red. However, I recently did makeup for a fashion show, and one of the artists applied a matte, fuschia lipcolor on a model in a black ensemble and it looked STUNNING! I was really surprised. The black made the fuschia pop and she looked very classy.
