Default those that use minerals makeup??

I have ordered some samples from EDM and PL.
I DO NOT have big pores, but when I put the minerals foundation on it really enhances my pores.
I am moisturizing well, at least I think I am, and still HUGE pores.
Anyone have any tips or tricks to help me?
I have tried PL's eraser, which makes my face nice and smooth, but doesn't 'erase' the pores.
Besided the pore issue, I love mineral makeup. I love the PL illusions eyeshadows, the cheek colors, and the color I get for foundation is a perfect match.
If I don't find something to help with the pore issue, I will have to go back to wearing regular liquid foundation.

Well I seem to be the only one with this problem so I guess I can still wear the eye color, but need to go back to regular foundation. Can anyone help with the best regular foundation?
I'm light skinned (usually ivory color) with blonde hair, and green eyes.

Loreal and Revlon both have great foundations.

Maybe you need a pore minimizer? http://www.dermstore.com/profile_Por...ers_500321.htm Keep in mind that with liquid foundation you don't see the pores because the make up is clogging them. A good pore minimizer would take care of the problem without clogging.

try applying your minerals by mixing them into your lotion. This way you will get the look of liquid but the benefits of the mineral makeup

I second the vote for Mineral Veil. It really does help finish and smooth your foundation.
Also, using good brushes makes all the differnece in the world. I wasn't impressed the first time I tried Mineral foundation, but I wasn't using the right brushes. A good kabuki brush made a believer out of me.

Mineral Veil does for a mineral foundation what regular face powder does for liquied foundation. It helps to set and smooth your foundation application, and it helps control oiliness. You'll get a more "finished" look.
Most of your regular mineral make up companies (not drugstore mineral makeup) offer a mineral veil product.

The kabuki brush offers better coverage and a smoother application than the regular face brush. Again, most of your regular mineral make up companies offer a kabuki brush.

Bare Essentials offers both, one place you can get them is at Sephora:

Mineral veil is mostly corn starch (zea mays) so instead of spending $30 you could just go to the grocery store and buy cornstarch it will work about the same and only cost you a couple of bucks.
