Arrow Dramatic, but not too much so.

I'm always trying to create a dramatic look with my eyes to bring out the deep green in them as well as making them seem bigger, however, I can overdo it at times and have trouble blending eye shadows properly. Instead, I end up using MAC's cream eyeliner as it goes exactly where I guide it.
Any inspiration people? Pictures would be BRILLIANT!

If you look up photographs of hazel eyes online, you will notice that many women are wearing gold/plum/chocolate eye shadows to bring out the various colors incorporated in the eyecolor. I think if you specifically want to bring out the green, you should play up gold and copper colors. Sadly I'm not an expert on light eye color since mine are as black as midnight. Also, make sure you are using proper brushes for application and blending. I think it is the most fun to just experiment! Good luck.

Thanks!
I prefer using really, really dark eye-shadow usually but I've found deep forest greens do bring out the green in my eyes as well as gold shades.

Although my eyes are not green (they're blue) I have found that I quickly get to a point where the eyeshadow is too dark...and any dramatic effect is totally lost. So your last post made perfect sense to me - with light colored eyes it sometimes seems like the best thing to do is let the eye color speak for itself, and just use the shadowing to enhance the beautiful eyes.
