You just have to know that you are yourself regardless of whether you have make up on or not. Make up is not who you are, it's just an accessory. If you are confident in yourself, other people will find you beautiful with or without make up.

I've posted this before, but I look at make up as a creative outlet, sort of like a grown up version of a kid's coloring book.

I only wear eyeliner and mascara i really dont like foundation or blusher. i think it hides peoples natural beauty alot. there is a better alternative to foundation i cant remember what its called but you just spray it on your face one little spray and it'll make you glow without the look of make up very intriquing. By the way, i bet you look amazing with or without i know its easier for other people to say, but maybe what you see is not what other people see

I actually rarely wear make up because people tell me I don't need it. I tend to wear it for a little self-esteem boost, or for special occasions.

Haha, used to have the same issue when i wore makeup everyday and then tried to go without it, i couldnt bear the sight of myself for more than one day.

I used to have absolutely foul skin, pimples-oil-tired eyes-you name it. That's why i was afraid to go without makeup and have to look crap for a day.

But the truth is you don't ever have to worry about this issue again. Do you want to know the big secret? Go without wearing makeup.
Seriously, it's a psychological and physical thing all in one.

I made the transition by fixing up my skincare. I was making the mistake of trying to cover my skin problems rather than attend to them using the right stuff.

Moisturiser has a lot to do with it, as this is what usually nourishes the skin and encourages it to recooperate.
Using the right skincare will make it a hell of a lot easier to go without makeup.

I still love my makeup and use it a lot of the time, i enjoy putting it on and how it makes me look...but on an everyday basis i use a tinted moisturiser instead, and some mascara. LESS IS MORE!

CG Smoothers by Covergirl- apply with a foundation brush for a nice coverage and finish.

After a week of wearing this instead of foundation and using the right skincare, tell me the difference.
