Default make-up prisoner

I totally understand all of you who feel that they can't go a day without make-up. I'm the same way and I wish that I wasn't such a prisoner to it. I even wear it when I go camping with my husband and 2 kids.....like I can't even leave the tent without slapping on some foundation, powder, lipstick and either bronzing powder or blush. How pathetic is that!!!!!!!!! By the way, the absolute best listick is Covergirl OUTLAST-literally stays on for 10 hours with no touch-ups.....I wish they made a foundation like that!!!!!

L'Oreal Infallible Perfecting Foundation last for 16hrs! It actually did last all day on me without any touch-ups. You can probably get it from most drug stores or online. They do the fairest to the darkest shades.

I can't go without wearing it, unfortuneatly. Around the house I don't wear makeup, but in public I'm just too self conscious

Thanks Redkiss for the advice about trying the Infalible madke-up. I actually tried it a couple of weeks ago and it just made my face look really oily and "made-up". I also tried the mac studio fix liquid and I'm liking it so far but I find I need to touch it up after 3-4 hours. Any other good ones out there that have great staying power? When I use to work for Estee Lauder, I wore their Double Matte and that was great in terms of keeping you shine-free for a long time but they discontinued it in Canada. I've tried many other ones that Paula Begoun mentions in her cosmetic book but I haven't fallen completely in love with any of them yet. Is everyone familiar with Paula Begoun?

Yes I get who pages every week, her products are suppose to be quite good.
I have never really cared for foundation, if I do use it I use Rimmel.
I use just a mosturizing tint.
couple of foundation that I have are heard it pretty good Is Quo and Lisa Watier. Hope this helps.

Thanks Judi....I'll look into those- a Shoppers near by carries the Lise Watier line now and I think it has Quo too. I'm jealous that you don't need to wear a foundation!!!!! By the way, if there is anyone out there who is in there mid thirties and still has acne like me- beta hydroxy acid and benzoyl peroxide used together every night has dramatically improved my skin.....although it's not 100% perfect (I still have red marks from old lesions). Try it if you're like me and have tried everthing from a-z.
