Mishti, sallow skin has a "No color look". It is lustre-less, dull and shows lack of vitality.

Sandra, you should use a moisture-laden foundation in a warmer tone than your complexion. Follow with a compressed rouge colored powder to give a fresh glow to your face and use warm shades of lipstick and eyeshadow.

That will help you in covering sallow skin, but sandra, why don't you try getting rid of sallow skin at the first place, instead of covering it

Sallow skin is mainly due to anaemia or due to the lack of vitamin B in your diet. Vitamin B (specially B1) is very good for curing you of pale skin because it keeps the skin well-nourished and rosy by keeping the blood circulation normal. Also active physical exercises will help you in keeping the paleness away as exercising enhances the blood circulation.

Plus, you may also try some facial exercises listed here: http://www.ultimate-cosmetics.com/facial-exercises.htm

So, have some proper nutrition giving you enough of B vitamins and get exercising
