I've bought some Prestige cosmetics at Walgreens. My preference is actually for department store cosmetics (Estee Lauder, Lancome, Clinique), but occassionally I pick up a good item at the drugstore. Mostly it's hit or miss in terms of quality with brands like Covergirl or Maybelline, but I've been pretty pleased with the Prestige items I've bought.

Try NYX, Rimmel they both have lines that have great colors and coverage.
I prefer them over Mac (sorry Mac lovers)

Maybelline has a lot of good stuff, and it's pretty reasonably priced too

The line stylist liner stayed on okay, but it's a very SKINNY little liner! If you like a very thin line it's okay, but if you want a very noticeable line you'll have to apply two or three layers.
