I haven't used the Sheer Cover brand, but I have used mineral make up. In fact, it was what I was using until last week when I had conjunctivitis and had to toss a lot of my makeup. I liked how lightweight it was on my face, and how it didn't rub off during the day. Using a mineral veil and a good kabuki brush made a huge difference in ease of application and coverage.
