Im looking 4 a good eye linner, i don't know whats best to buy. I don't like pencils though. i want to know what is better crean eye linner of mineral. What brand are good?
I have smilely issues lol |

I love gel liners I find they stay on better and do not smudge as easy as pencil. A few I like are Sephora, Mac, Lise Watier

I answered in another post, but the problem I had using minerals for lining was that they didn't last all day. I have oily skin, though, so someone drier might not have that issue.
