I use Aqua Color eye liner from the company KRYOLAN and apply it with kryolan professional Art brush. Its result is great and its very easy to apply it with the brush.you have to dip the tip of the brush in water and then on to the eye liner and then apply it.And the good thing about this eyeliner is that its quantity doesnt end so early. It can be ur companipon for so long.

To apply mineral shadow with a slanted brush, dip the flat edge of the brush in the minerals (not too far, you don't want the whole brush covered with it, just the flat edge), then place the flat edge of the brush against the base of your lashes and sort of "push" the product onto the skin with a back and forth wiggling movement. Move the brush over and repeat this to make a line.
I don't use mineral liners any more, mainly because it's more work than drawing a line with a pencil or liquid liner, and it doesn't stay on as long, either. It tends to flake and make "dust" during the application, which has to be cleaned up, and that takes longer to do, too. I just found it easier and got better results with a regular pencil or liquid liner.
