I think you should stop by your local M.A.C counter,or lancome, any professional makeup brands, and have them show you a new look. They are usually really great and helpful about it, and you don't have to buy the products, just find some that are alike at the drugstore..that is if ur low on cash.

Most higher-end salons have a makeup artist on staff that will do a make-up "touch up" for free. Plus, they will recommend colors to try and "bump up" your current look. It's always a good idea to purchase higher quality makeup from a professional salon or cosmetics counter because they will guarantee the colors (you can return them if you're not happy) and the make up lasts longer, goes on smoother and gives a much better result. It's worth the small investment because you won't throw so much $$ away on "cheap" drugstore brands.

Yeah, I agree. Most cheap make-up brands are All filler, no killer...

Which means, they all have 'fillers' and hardly any pigments in them (killer).

Also it's always nice to refresh your look every season. There're a lot of new products and product lines out there and it's difficult sometimes to keep up with them all.

So the Make-up Artists at high-end and luxury salons and counters are on the front lines when new products are launched.

I am just adding my 2 cents worth to Sullygulliver's already great wealth of info here...

Too right, vogueboy. Professionals will work with their clients to give them a look that is both cutting edge and suitable for their work and lifestyle, plus they will recommend products that are best for the skin type/condition and in the correct color family for the individual. You certainly can't find that service at the local drug store or discount chain.

Hi Lucy, Your decription of yourself sounds like your really pretty, honestly
I think you should think of going for a new bold colour, Auburn, Deep Plum,
Maybe even a few red high lights to your already natural hair.
I agree with the rest about the makeup, But try not to go to a total new look all the sudden, try and experience and see if you like things, if you do, go on further.
Best wishes
Zahraa
