Default cleaning make up brushes??

hey i was wondering wht every1 uses to clean or disinfect their make up brushes??? would dettol be ok ??

I think that would be a bit strong, just use a mild shampoo and rinse well.
I use Quo Brush cleaner, all you do is spray and clean. But I do not thing that is available where you are. But check around there may be anothers from No 7
Sephora, Benifit, smashbox. Good luck.

I am terribly lazy when it comes to cleaning my brushes, its disgusting.

I used shampoo for years, it was all there was for a long time! LOL

Now I use a make-up brush cleansing solution. It's so much faster and easier, and my brushes stay much softer. I get it at Sally Beauty Supply.

when i was at a mac counter, they told me to wash the brushes with normal shampo every 2 weeks and they will last much longer. they said to use a brush spray when u change colors.

I just ran mine under running water til it was clear, then ran the brush part through my fingers to pull out the excess water and bring it to a point.....man oh man...now I feel like I have brushes with cooties or something! lol DISINFECT....is what i'm gonna do to them! lol

I'm starting to think Sally's is way more cool a store than I originally thought!! I might give them a second chance!

Yep, I am a Cetaphil girl too! I guess I could buy something just for that purpose, but, then I would have less money to spend on makeup! :0)
