Angry matt make-up

hi!
no matter wat foundations i use or how much powder i use my skin always ends up lookin really shiny - i don't mind a bit of shine but my skin ends up lookin greasy espesially under my eyes - i don't have oily skin and my mostruriser is oil free so i don't know why my face ends up so shiny.
does any1 have any tips on keeping ur make-up lookin matt? - especially under the eyes?
thanku!

I use a foundation by maybellene called wonder finish ,you`ve no doubt heard of it.Its a liquid to powder foundation and i find that when i use this and then my usual powder over the top i get a shine free finish that lasts. At £6-7 its pretty cheap too-worth a try if you havent although just becuase it works for me doesnt necesserily mean it will for everyone.

See if you can find some blotting papers which have a light veil of powder on them. I'm pretty sure the brand I use isn't available outside Britain (Superdrug's 'Clarity' range, if you live in the UK), but there's loads about. And if you can't find some, in the meantime just blot your face with a little tissue and then dust some powder over the top as a quick fix.

I'm not sure if this would be an option for you...but, try mineral makeup.
I have oily skin, and used liquid foundations for years and years with this same problem.
The first time I used a mineral foundation I noticed a HUGE difference!!
I live in South Carolina (SUPER HOT) and I don't have a problem with it coming off when I sweat either....that's as close to a miracle as I can think of! lol
Yesterday it was 111 degrees!!!
