Hope this will help. Keep on reading.
Girls’ night out at the club means looking good. Putting on your favorite makeup is one way of showing off your beauty in the middle of a packed dance floor with tons of available guys waiting to make their move. But this situation can quickly turn ugly if your makeup begins to melt off. Look like the true diva you are instead of a Picasso painting by learning some easy makeup tips that’ll last as long as the music does. The less is more technique can be a girl’s best friend when it comes to wearing makeup at the club. One common practice women maintain when getting ready to go to the club is piling on tons of makeup. What a lot of women don’t seem to understand about being in a club is that it is typically very dark and dimly lit. This means the chances of anybody noticing you wearing makeup or not is very minimal. Not only does wearing a lot of makeup to the club increase your chances of a makeup mishap, it’s also not very good for your skin. If you’re one of the first people on the dance floor and the last to leave, the sweat, makeup and oil make the perfect combination for breakouts, come morning. Skip the foundation, especially if you use liquid and either go without or use powder. Powder foundation is lighter and more skin-friendly. Touching up your foundation with powder is much easier in a packed club atmosphere than using liquid. For dry skin types that can’t use powder foundation because of flaking, tinted moisturizers are ideal. Sporting a well-moisturized face at the club will make your skin happy and allow you to worry about other things besides your foundation melting off. When playing up your eye makeup, the smokey eye look and other darker colors create a dramatic and sexy look. The only downside to that is as the night wears on, your eye shadow and liner can begin to falter from the heat that comes with being tightly packed in an airless room with a bunch of people. This can cause streaking and other embarrassing makeup problems. To avoid this, choose lighter eye shadow colors - the kind with a little shimmer look fabulous on a night out at the club - and pass over the eyeliner and stick to just mascara. Lighter shades of eye shadow and mascara that lengthens and adds volume will make your peepers stand out and stay fresh looking. If you don’t want to worry about your lipstick fading or smearing off from drinking, keep a small tube of lip-gloss on hand. After your color has worn away, applying a few dabs of gloss can help your lips stay kissable throughout the night. Plus, the club lights bouncing off your dewy lips make for a very alluring look when attracting the opposite sex. When the club starts to get really hot and humid, avoid using regular paper towels or napkins to wipe the sweat from your face. These materials are too harsh on the skin and can strip your makeup off if you’re not careful. Instead, carry oil-blotting sheets in your purse or in your pocket and use those to gently absorb the oil, sweat and other surface debris. By following these simple tips, you’ll minimize “touchup” trips to the bathroom, allowing you to shake your groove thang all night. |
