I need help to find a new foundation!
I've tried almost everything from Lancome Teint Idole to I.D. I'm very pale, Scandinavian. I want the foundation to be mattifying, long-lasting and in a light shade.. I like MAC (Studio fix) but I think it's a bit too yellow for me :/ Please, please help me! |

Have you tried Revlon and Loreal and there are some salons that will make a custom foundation for your skin tone.
I know that the above mentioned both have very light foundation with no yellow tint to them

Estee Lauder has a great long wearing foundation called Double Wear, but I'm not sure how light they go.
I'm fairly light, but not pale. I don't know if you're interested in mineral foundations, but they are usually available in a very good range of color, and you can get good coverage if you use a good kabuki brush to apply it all over and a small concealer brush to conceal. Also, I found that finishing with a Mineral Veil helps it stay matte longer. |

I'm a foundation junkie. I recently bought benefit's nonfiction in shade vol. 1. Looks more natural than anything I've tried on my fair skin tone--not too pink or yellow.

If you like the texture and composition of MAC's Studio Fix, you might find another shade with less yellow in the mix. They have a pretty good range of different shades and I don't think all of them have that yellow tint that you're referring to...
