Of course we can.......I usually apply my moisturizer first, followed by sunscreen then my make up (with or without foundation).....but make sure u give your skin a moment to absorp the sunscreen u wear before u put your makeup.

I like the tinted moisturizers with SPF. If I put sunscreen underneath my makeup, my skin feels claylike. It's gross!!!

Just like Rinda said, you have to let your sunscreen absorb into your skin first before you apply your foundation, usually about 15 min. so you won't get that clay-like feeling.

And I agree with every member here about sunscreen and foundation application techniques.

I like the sunscreen/moisturizer by www.mariobadescu.com It is the only one that does not break me out. It goes on smoothly and absorbs quickly and is feather light which is so important for me because I have super oily skin and when I say oily I mean OILY. This prevents layering a ton of products on before make-up when you use a combination product.

Default sunscreen and makeup

After trying several sunscreens, I finally found one that works well for me. It is Neutrogena Dry Touch SPF 45. Love it! Just as the name implies-it is dry to the touch after it absorbs. I put it on and in a matter of a minute or so, it is absorbed. I wear mineral foundation and it goes on smoothly right over the top of this.
