After doing your complete makeup, use a darker tone like a brown blusher and apply it under the chin area. This will give the depth effect to your chin.
Hope that helps

Yes, the technique is called "Contouring with cream" -based make-ups.

The problem with powder-based products as a contour is that it will look like smudged dirt on your face

You need to use a foundation, (cream-based is best) that is 1/2 shade darker than the foundation shade that you're already wearing. Apply it under the jaw the line and under the chin line and blend the edges very well.

Also the best trick to use is to use a device called a Traynor Lift. It's used primarily in theatre to give actors eye lifts, chin lifts, cheek lifts...

Essentially it's a clear adhesive tape that is hooked by a flesh coloured elastic. You tape the bottom of your jaw line near the back of your neck, both sides. Then hook and adjust the tension of the elastic which hidden in your hair at the back of your head.

Well, there you have it, 2 options for a chin lift... barring cosmetic surgery.
