Quote:
When you take your falsies out of the packaging. Gently "rest" them on top of your lashes. This is called lining them up, measuring them if you will to your eye shape. Now, the inner corner of the falsies should line up with the edge of your Iris, NOT all the way to the inner corner of your eye. After you've "measured" them, take a small pair of sicssors and trim the inner corner of the falsies to fit. Ok, place a small dab of Duo Adhesive on the back of your hand. (It's a surgical grade latex based adhesive and the best on the market.) Now dip the tip of your small sicssors into the Duo. Now, grab the edge of the falsies lashes with the tips of your thumb and index finger. And gently place a very small line of the adhesive on the edge of the base of the lash line on your falsies. Now, bend the falsie so that the 2 ends meet each other but not touching. In a circle shape. Gently wave the false lash back and forth, so the air will slightly dry the adhesive. Now, when you look into the mirror, tilt your head back and look slightly down. Come from the bottom of your face and using your real lashes as your guide. Place the falsie on your lashes and gently slide them up and "seat" them into where your lashes and your eyelid meet. Try not to blink... too much. Make sure that you line up the inner corner of the falsie to the edge of your iris. When you do, gently push on the front of the lashes so that you ensure a good hold. When you blink, you shouldn't feel any grabbing, pulling or sticking. If you do, find the area that is sticking and gently pull up/off the area of the falsie that is sticking and reapply it by seating it in between your lashline and eyelid. Now repeat the procedure on your other eye. When you're done, to hide the top of the edge of the falsies, apply a thin coat of black liquid eyeliner. And apply your mascara as usual. This will give you a more fuller natural look to your lashes, instead of giving you a "false" look to your lashes. To remove: Just grab the edge of false lashes, and gently pull them off like a band-aid. That's all to it. Have fun at the opera and dinner ![]()
