Yeah, I agree with everyone else. Mascara is probably the best solution. My mom tried trimming her lashes before to make them longer but it didn't work. It's a good thing she didn't trim way too much. On the other hand, my friend did it and hers grew longer. I guess it works for only some people? Either way, I don't think you should take that risk.

You have 3 methods to apply it:

1) Take a clean disposable mascara wand and dip it into the mixture and coat your lashes by combing or brushing the wand through your lashes.

2) Take a Q-Tip and do the samething, except that you brush the Q-tip back-and-forth over your lashes.

or

3) Forget about what Judi said and just use a lengthening mascara...

Just kiddin' Judi We haven't bantered here in quite awhile...

You're right Iris, not a good risk to take at all. It really does differ with each woman, as I have trimmed them before and they just grew back to original length, while my mom and a some friends of mine have done it and it worked well for them. Everyone is different. I agree that mascara is the way to go.

Hi Ladies-

I am new to the forum and just read this post. Not sure about the trimming of lashes, but have you tried an eyelash conditioner? Can I just say AMAZING! I have used a product called Enormous Lash with awesome results. I had thin, short lashes, but now...long, fuller, darker, curl on their own lashes. I love to put mascara on now because the results are much more dramatic. Not only do you get the drama, you have healthy lashes that dont fall out like they use to. Really Great. I decided to become a consultant and I continue to hear awesome testimonials from women. If you would like to see some before and after pics or would like more info please feel free to contact me directly at purediva@ibdiva.com. I would love to help you any way I can.
Best of luck to all of you.

thats an interesting idea Judi! Thank you!
there are new products on the market to help with growing and thickening lashes..however a few of my clients have used it are now loosing lashes!

mg:

there is always the option of having lash extensions!

www.extremelash.com

I will be doing those in my store..I them! They last for up to 2 months (or whenever your natural hair sheds) and you go in for touchups.

I think there is area on the site of a salon who does them in your area!

Don't trim them!!! I am in my 40's and noticed my lashes weren't as long and full as they used to be.. I guess that happens when you age. Anyways, I was on a mission to find a solution and not use falsies and oh my...did I find one. It is a product called Enormous Lash. It has made an unbelievable difference!!! You have to try it.

I am buying it from the link www.aritten.intuitbeautydiva.com

I did find before and after pictures on
www.intuitbeauty.com also with some facts.
