Cool Pressed Mineral Veil question.

I am using a powdered mineral foundation by Maybelline. I would like to use their pressed mineral veil to help set the foundation. My question...how do I apply it? Do I: 1) press it in with the included puff and then wisk off the excess with a brush OR 2) Swirl the brush around the compact and then put it on using the same swirling method I used to apply the foundation?

Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

You don't need to "set" a powdered foundation. Powdered and dual-finish foundations set themselves because they are already powdered.

You only need to set liquid and creme based foundations.

As for techniques, you use technique #2 for mineral based foundations.

Hope this helps
