I've always wondered this myself. I read somewhere it depends on the type of foundation, and to follow with a spritz of water, and blot dry.

use products with a silicone primer.

Also www.sennacosmetics.com has a great powder called Glisten and I think it comes in pink and gold.

there are a few more I know of..let me try to remember and I will come back and post for ya!

you can also mix shimmer with your foundations..
