Neutrogena Lip Moisturizer (especially in DC)

Hey everyone...I have a question!

I have been looking for the Neutrogena Lip Moisturizer ALL OVER and I have been COMPLETELY unsuccessful, and I would rather not purchase it off the internet. If anybody on this forum owns it, can you please tell me where you bought it (i.e., which drugstore)?

Also, if you live in the DC area (DC + PG County + Mont. County + NoVA) and you own this lip balm, PLEASE tell me exactly which store you bought it at!
