You also might try vitamin E capsules. I prick one open and apply it under my eyes before I go to bed. It makes mine look better in the morning.
I also agree on the tea bags, I use green tea bags.

I dunno bout the vit E capsules i havent noticed a difference after using them but maybe it just takes time!

I've also heard several times over the years that preparation H works for undereye puffiness. I have never tried it, but I guess it is made for um, shall we shay "delicate" areas anyway,, lol. But if any one has actually tried it, I would love to know if it works!

Prep H can be horribly oily around the eye area, best to use it at night. Anusol however, works like a concealer and it lifts the eye-bag area a good bit. At first you'll notice a huge difference. Then again, it has an oily-ish consistency too. A little goes a long way I suppose.
