Default Smoky Eyes


What do you all think about the smoky eyes look? Is it sexy or creepy?

I've never tried it, but I've always wanted to experiment with it. It seems like it could be tricky.

Has anyone ever tried this look before?

it looks sexy as a nite look basically [look lotta dramatic] but u gotta b a nr expert to do it or else it can b lot creepy too

That picture is from Kevyn Aucoin's Making Faces book. Greatest makeup book ever.

Depends on the person. I think it looks really great on people who have olive skin and brunette hair. I knew a person in school who fit description and she wore the smoky look all the time. She looked really beautiful but I tried it and it look really harsh. Mostly because I'm really pale.

I think you look great, and I agree it's a way to be and feel sexy. Nights are the best for dark smoky eyes but you can do a very natural day time version as well.
