Default How can I turn a french braid into an adult-do with make-up?

Hey - I have short hair so when I braid my hair it has the tendency to make me look extremely babyish. The thing is - one of my regular nightclubs do a beach party night where they heat the dance floor to 28 degrees celcius. A french braid is the only hairstyle that stays fresh at this heat but |I want a make-up look that will make it look adult enough for clubbing. Thanks in advance!

Hey - I've worked out a look now but I thought I'd share it just in case any of you come across a similar thing; firsty;I applied a foundation and concealer plus blush and bronzer. I lined my eyes with a heavy black liner then added a touch of blue just to the edges (so it blends with the liner) I added a green liner to my lower inner eye and then curled my lashes and applied a lengthening mascara. I added gloss and dangly earrings and it no longer looked childish.
