I tried this and am still using it. It's not a bad eye cream but after over a month I can't tell a difference at all in my dark circles, but my circles are hereditary. I've read good reviews from some so it might work for some people.

ingredients are in these trademarked names?

Sounds so good but I cant find these 2 products in Malaysia either. I will definitely try when I can get my hands on them. Thanks for the tip.
