JC Penney and Sephora stores

This may be old news (the article was written in May 2006), but I just recently learned about it.

JC Penney will be opening Sephora as a store-within-a-store.


"The rollout will be gradual. New stores will come on line starting in September 2006. All new Penney's stores in 2007, about 30, will feature Sephora stores. In late 2007 and 2008, Penney will begin retrofitting older stores and add Sephora locations at a total of 1,000 stores."

Me too.
I've never been to Sephora store, only shopped on-line there. I've also noticed you can shop on-line Sephora through JCPenney's website.

We have a JCPenney store here, but it's a small one in a small town, so I doubt we'll be lucky enough to get a Sephora in it. Hopefully one of the big stores in Oklahoma City will get one, at least I'd be within traveling distance!

oh, i love sephora!! the southampton branch closed down though, so I can no longer shop there thanks for the article!

Oooh, I did get to visit a regular Sephora store in one of the larger malls in Oklahoma City about a month ago. It was so much fun! I could have spent all day in that one store. Mike found a nice comfy chair out the mall to wait in, he almost fell asleep! LOL

JC Penny we have a Sephora in West Edmonton Mall, which I still have not been to. To much temptation. LOL

we have a sephora, but it's not inside penny's its its own store.

its super tight, its so big! i love it!
